I am a quiet, clean, respectful cat mum with the intention to work ASAP. I love a home cooked meal so your utilities wont go to waste. In saying that though, I am quick to keep the environment clean for those around me. I dont have friends over often so the house wont be disturbed. I like to keep to myself, but am still friendly, approachable and bot completely avoidant. Some of my hobbies include, tennis, going to the gym, hiking and learning new ways around the kitchen. I am also good with animals and kids, so that will never be of concern on my part. If theres anything you want to be left alone in the house as strictly yours, I will happily respect that. I can supply my own food and toiletries aswell. I have stable income so rent wont be a problem. Lastly I have one orange cat named Laurey, that is very quiet, respectful and tidy himself. Id love to discuss the possible option of me keeping him with me, when we talk more. Hes my biggest cuddler at night, and the perfect quiet lap cat for any house. Hes never a disturbance. And hes completely healthy and free of all nasties.

Im very easy to please when it comes to accommodation. All I ask for is a roof over my head, my own room with my own privacy and freedom to have a set of house keys. A key to my room isnt required but would be prefered. My budget is low at the moment, $400 a fortnight max, for right now. Lastly I am only comfortable with housing where the landlord isnt living there, as that falls under the official rental laws. If the landlord lives theres, its a boarding home. I do not feel comfortable being apart of that system, as theres no legal coverage.
