Looking to relocate to northern rivers from Gold Coast to study part time at tafe. Locations preferably Kingscliff or Tweed

I’d like to move in to a clean and tidy space with a social vibe but still respects each other’s privacy and quiet time. My interests include going to the beach, getting coffee, running, gym, watching sports, meeting friends, cooking (I’m a qualified chef) and I am privy to the odd drink, however I’m not interested in a party house.
