Two friends who are full-time uni students at SCU, studying Occupational Therapy and Nursing. We are both part-time workers, and we generally work late and weekends. When we are at home we like to chill out, get some study done, but also want to be friends with our housemates as we both don't know that many people up here. When we do have a night off we like to have a few drinks or a night out as well. Both of us are tidy and respectful, looking for housemates or a place to settle in to.
A balance between two minute noodles, forensic files & occasionally breaking out in dance to latin music with a wine bottle on a hump day - it'll be diverse, it'll be quiet, it'll be loud, it'll be home, it'll be what you make it. If you want to be left alone for weeks - all good. If you want to cry in the middle of the night to me because you have had a bad day - all good. If you leave a week old pizza in the fridge out of pure laziness - not good. I am looking for another Female or Male, I know I am looking for a diamond in the rough, but I am looking for a girl that isn't bitchy in the slightest way as I cannot stand two things - Bitchiness in the home and being made to feel uncomfortable in your own home. Attended boarding school 3 + years - respecting others comes second nature for me If you smoke, drink, dance that's up to you - as long as you are decent person all good.
Hey! I am currently living in Coolangatta but my flatmate is about to sell the unit so I need to find another place on the Gold Coast. A bit about me: I am 31, female, Italian/Brazilian working at the moment in Hospitality, but with a background in Engineering both Industrial and Environmental, born in south of Brazil but lived mostly in Rio de Janeiro and many years abroad mainly in Europe. I am easy going and social but not a big party person, I do like to sleep early to snooze and rise with the sun, really into sports (surfing, kite surfing, biking, yoga, running and so on), healthy eating, being in nature, reading, chilled out music and travelling. (A house with likeminded people that enjoy outdoors and a healthy environment with more organic stuff would be a bit plus / Bear in mind that I am not a vegan, in case that's important ). I am quite clean and look for a tidy place. I love to enjoy the day when not working specially if the sun is out, have a chat and share a bottle of wine every once and a while would be nice! Ideally looking for: Furnished Room (negotiable) in a well equiped flatshare, close to the beach, no smoking, in a silent area, sharing with people that value cleaniness/tidiness, in a chilled/ community peaceful vibe place! My budget is 150-200 but willing to pay up to 230 in very special cases. Length of Stay: Flexible entry dates / Starting around October until April 2019 (6 months). Neighbourhoods of interest: (near the beach); Coolangatta, Tweed Heads, Currumbin, Tugun, Bilinga, Burleigh, Palm Beach, Miami and maybe further south Kingscliff and so on. Contact me if you reckon we have a match! Cheers, Renata
I'm an active person who absoutely loves sports (rugby league, soccer and any sport really). I grew up on the coast in Newcastle and would like the coastal lifestyle again. I'm a super chilled person who loves the beach and chilling/meeting new people. Full time employment as a civil engineer on the roads Im super clean and tidy and have lived in a sharehouse for the past 2 years. Would love to share with someone that has similar traits and lives on the coast.
Easy going and friendly. Very clean, tidy and respectful of others. I work and have been with the same company for nearly 16 years. Love going for beach walks with my dog. Also have a 15 year old cat. Looking for a place I can chill after work and call home.
I'm a super easy-going gal who has lived in multiple successful share-houses. I'm respectful of others, contribute to housework and love to cook. Happy for a chat and a wine but also enjoy some me-time. I am relocating from down south as I begin my new career and looking for a stress free household that I can call home.
Hi future flatmates I'm looking to move to the NSW north coast (Ballina- Tweed) or Gold Coast in the next few weeks. I am looking for a room with own bathroom or granny flat. I have a son at boarding school at Southport who will be visiting occasionally. I have my own gardening business and would love to offset some of the rent to upkeep the gardens if the opportunity is there or just some garden space for veggies. I also work in the disability and aged care sector if any caring duties are needed. I love bikeriding, gardening ,watersports and bushwalking.
I'm looking for a team-up to form a new long-term share house and a place to call home for a while! I'm really easy-going, and laid-back. I've lived in plenty of share houses and understand that every one has their own little quirks. That's what makes us all a little bit wonderful...!!! I love a good conversation and shared meal, and also enjoy my own space and giving others theirs. About me - Down to earth but also in my own world at times enjoying the small moments of life.... Mostly vego - some fish and some cheese. Like to try and eat healthy and clean (but damn that sweet tooth for dark chocolate....!!) LOVE tea. Exercise - lots of body weight and animal movements, love a good bush walk, and just starting BJJ! Dabble in being creative. Love the green, so living somewhere where you can look out and see some trees is a must. No set move date - just want to find the right people!
I would love to find beautiful humans to share a home with, ideally you would be in the same age range, social and respectful. A bit about me: - 27 years old - full time employed - non-smoker - single - mostly vegetarian and loves cooking vego food - guaranteed to always have a size 9 shoe to match your outfit - Loves a chat but also loves some nerdy introvert time - comes with Netflix, Stan and amazon prime account - clean, tidy and respectful - I love painting and drawing and being outdoors - crystal and candle-aholic so your house will always be super charged and good smelling! - love to share the occasional wine
Hey! I am moving to the gold coast from London and will be managing a local World Gym. So I am assuming I will be working long hours and doing shift work. Working in the leisure industry I try and keep active and I am really forward to living more of an outdoor lifestyle. I dont have any friends in the area so would great to have social house mates, however not looking for a party house. I respect other peoples need for space and privacy and would like the same. I am extremely clean and tidy and would treat any home as if it was my own. I am laid back and enjoy having a laugh. I have a passion for travel and have been lucky enough to travel to 42 countries, I really enjoying meeting new people and hearing their life stories. Any questions just holla Jake
Real easy going, down to earth kinda guy. Will be working Monday - Friday. Weekends I’ll either be out skating or down the beach hanging out trying to surf. Like to keep things fairly tidy, not ocd type, but don’t like mess. Always up for a chat and find myself to be a people person, but also enjoy my own space and respect others when they feel the same. Not a party type as such, but do enjoy a few beers on the weekend and hanging out chatting shit :)
Hello, my names Daniel. I'm a 25 years old. I am currently seeking work through a variety of ambulance services since graduating with a paramedic science degree in 2017. I work two jobs; one at Coles and the other as a Kitchen and Bathroom Demolition Laborer. I'm looking for a room, but don't want to feel like I'm an outsider in the home. Looking for clean people. I like to have my girl friend over a couple of nights per week, she is chill and respectful. I'm not in a position to sign a lease, however I can sign an agreement that will provide both myself and the tenant security in regards to payments and ensure I have adequate time to find a new place. The $180 p.w is the max I can afford; including rent, bills, internet, own bathroom and own room).
I am very clean, quiet person. I'm friendly nice person and fun. I can be social person but also I need alone time after long days at work that may have stressed me out. I like to explore and fo yoga

Friendly, tidy and quiet female full time student who is relaxed and easy to get along with. I would prefer to live with or rent off the owners of the property or sublet with the permission of the actual landlord. I enjoy cooking, fishing, gardening and going to the beach. I like to watch Netflix and play video games in quiet time. I don't have any pets at the moment but I'd love to live in a pet friendly home. NOT looking for a party house. Please don't msg me unless the room available is $150 inc.
I'm friendly, tidy, considerate and easy going. Happy to socialise... also like time for myself. Working 5 days and like to get out for good chunks of time on the weekends but mainly enjoy to chill at home after work during the weekday evenings. Interests mainly revolve around spiritual development, sport and music. Have a Naturopathic degree (though not practicing) and planning to study Acupuncture in Southport part-time beginning 2019. Good communication, flexible and accommodating, and would appreciate the same. I do have 2 children (9 and 11) who I wish to stay 1 night (occasionally 2 nights) per fortnight. Welcome for my flatmate to have kids with them permanently, part time or occasionally. Happy to share a weekly meal or cook with you if you're that way inclined. Rarely drink myself. I am in a 3 bedroom currently (lease is under my flatmates name $400/wk) but haven't applied to stay on. If I had someone willing to go on the lease with me I may request to stay and being a current tenant I'm sure our chances of securing my current rental would be higher since I've been a tenant here for 6mths (Reedy Creek complex) though I gave away most of my furniture and the current flat would come unfurnished. Happy to acquire some furniture again if needed though as would prefer to find and live with the right type of person. Very happy to team up with the right person to find a new place.
Hey I've been living with such a rich mix of cultures for as much as I can remember! I'm social and tidy looking a house with a couple of like-minded people :) Leaving Dubai and moving to Australia to complete my studies. In need for a place to call home not some place to sleep in. I'll be in a full-time pilot training course. Also considering getting a part-time job. I love the sky, beach, movies, having a couple of beers on a weekend, listening to music, chilling, and being creative in general. I also enjoy cooking with others and sharing meals. Questions? send me a message here or on IG.. at "batarniziyad"
