I'm looking for either a room or someone to team up with to find a place. I am a quiet and friendly 52 year woman with a beautiful, well-behaved dog, Pedro. We have been living in our beautiful home in Bardon for the past 7 years but due to a relationship breakdown we have to move on.
Unfortunately the price of rent for a decent home is unaffordable on my own so I'm looking for someone that might be in a similar position.

Pedro is a dream tenant – he doesn't shed, stink, chew, or bark excessively. Neither do I :) I'd welcome another dog as company for Pedro. He hasn't been around cats much but seems kinda fascinated and I'm pretty confident he'd be fine with one.

I keep a clean home and pretty much tidy up after myself as I go rather than leave things for later. I consider myself an introvert so def wont be all up in your face. I have some great furnishings, lots of beautiful mats, and a fair bit of quirky art if that sounds like your thing. I'm all about ambience. Lighting matters :D

I'd be happy with short term at this stage as I'm still living with the ex until I find a place and needless to say it's not ideal. Anything short term would give me time to find something more permanent. So basically short term, long term or a team up works for me.

Looking more so around the Bardon/Paddington/Red Hill area but happy to branch out toward the north east from there eg. Windsor.

Overall I'm pretty chilled and very flexible and keen to move asap!
