I'm a full - time Chinese international student who has just arrived in Adelaide. I'm pursuing a research - based master's degree in the city center. I like a quiet environment and also love small animals, but not too many that would be noisy. I'm 36 years old, single, don't smoke, and don't throw parties. I'm fond of nature and can cook some Chinese dishes. I'm clean - loving, easy to get along with, and have a sense of personal boundaries. My Mandarin is very standard, and if you're interested, I can help you learn Chinese. I don't have a car yet. I hope there are at least two bus routes near the house, and it takes less than half an hour to get to the city center, so that I won't be late for school. Also, I hope to live in a place with good public security, as safety is very important to me. This is my first time in Australia, and my English isn't very good. I hope to integrate into the local community or church, so that I can fully understand the local culture and improve my English skills as soon as possible. My main tasks are to complete my studies and do part - time jobs to support my tuition fees and living expenses. Meanwhile, I hope to make some honest and intelligent local friends. Currently, I'm staying in a youth hostel as a transition. If there's a suitable house, please contact me to make an appointment for a viewing.
