I’m 30 years old and from South Korea.
From January, I’ll be studying in Coffs Harbour, and I’m currently looking for a share house with a move-in date from January 9th (slightly flexible if needed).
I’m an easygoing and respectful person who enjoys living peacefully with others. I’m tidy, responsible, and always considerate of shared spaces. I have long-term experience living as a tenant in share houses in Australia, and I’ve always gotten along well with my housemates. I’ve never had any issues or been late with rent.
I completed two years of mandatory military service in Korea, which helped me develop discipline and good shared-living habits. I’m familiar with Australian share house culture, having lived in Australia before.
I’m looking for a quiet, clean, and respectful home, where there is no regular late-night noise or loud activity in shared areas. When I’m at home, I usually spend most of my time in my room, so there’s unlikely to be any conflict around noise or shared spaces.
For your reassurance, I have a police clearance certificate issued just two months ago, confirming my clean record — I’ve never had any issues with the police in my 30 years of life. I can also provide references from previous landlords or housemates if required.
