I’m a full-time professional tattoo artist with a reliable income, so paying rent will never be an issue. I’m respectful, clean, and easygoing—friendly and sociable, but I also enjoy a peaceful, quiet home environment. I don’t drink or party, and I live a relaxed, drama-free lifestyle.

The room will be just for me, as my partner, our three daughters, and our two French bulldogs live back in Queensland. I visit them about once a month. I don’t have a car, so I won’t need a parking space—I rely solely on public transport.

Ideally, I’m hoping to find a room that includes water, gas, electricity, and internet, but I’m also flexible if that’s not the case. I take pride in keeping shared spaces clean and being considerate of others. I think I’d make a great housemate and would love the chance to find a comfortable, respectful place to call home.

Important: I am looking for a rental room for approx 6-12 months.
