My friend Jade and I are looking to find a housemate, weather that be applying through real estate agents or finding a property on this site. Tyler- I have just finished my certificate 2 in electrotehnology and have been living independant for 3 years now. I have lived in share houses for this time. I turn 18 on the 21 August 2018. I work part time at a test and tag company, and am currently a FLO student with the Australian Science and Maths school. I am a clean and tidy person who might be interested in pets. Jade- I am currently completing year 12 at Reynella east. I currently live at home, although I work 2 part time jobs. I am looking to move out and become more independant. I am a very clean person, I enjoy cleaning and playing video games.
My names Meagan but my friends call me Megs. Ive recently moved back to Adelaide from Toowoomba and am looking for accomodation somewhere in the southern suburbs. Here's the black mark - im also currently looking for work which is difficult as my cars off the road atm. Now for the positive, which hopefully far outweighs that negative. Im very neat and clean and enjoy living in a clean environment. Im friendly and social, happy to have a chat but also respect the need for privacy and appreciate the same in return. I spend a fair bit of time with my friends and family, including my beautiful adult daughter, so im not home every night. I also have a gorgeous (very timid) 6yr old desexed and fully house trained ginger cat named Bootsy. He's my best friend and were a packaged deal, so youll be getting a 2 for 1 with me!! 😊
Hi, I'm a 32yr old beauty therapist for endota. I work across 5 of the spas as a skin therapist performing mainly facials. So if I become your awesome housemate think about all the products!! I'm respectful, reasonably clean housemate who preferres quiet nights out for dinner rather than partying in night clubs. I'm looking for a room or house with built in robes and a back yard, I do have two Maltese shitzhu who are very loving and well behaved. They also get along with other dogs. They attend care in reynella for roughly 25 hours per week on Tue 9am-7pm, Thu 9am-9pm, and Sat 9am- 6pm or 11pm so they aren't left too much while I'm at work or not at home. They generally like to hang out with me and won't intrude on your space. I work full time tue-sat including thursday late nights. I play sport on Sundays and help at the club on sat nights, so I'm really only home on Mondays and like to take it easy. I also have a boyfriend in morphett Vale who I see once or twice a week between our work commitments. Hopefully looking to Team up for a house or rent a room in morphett Vale or surrounding suburbs, I have some modern furniture and white goods that can be used or put in storage. Best Sarah.

23 year old electrician. I play basketball in my spare time. Looking for a house with good relaxed vibes. I am a pretty easy going guy, I like a chat about pretty much anything. I enjoy the beach.
Quiet bloke, good cook, clean and tidy, keep to myself mostly, not a permanent stay just for the time being. Work part time, minimum 28 hours so I'm not home during the day. Move date isn't a rush, flexible on budget.
I am clean, tidy and respectful room mate. I love to have a glass of wine after a day of working and enjoy being social with my room mates. I work fulltime so I will be out of the house a lot. I enjoy having a casual drink and eating my weight in cheese. I have a cat called Buddy who loves cuddles.
I've not long moved to Adelaide from the Lower South East, I work a few days a week in Victor Harbour and I start Criminology at Flinders next semester. I'm a clean, quiet & respectful person. I enjoy road trips, the beach, cooking, movie marathons and small gatherings on the rare occasion.
I’m an easy going bloke and I work full time as a 4th year plumbing apprentice. I’m very clean and tidy and hate mess. I need a shed or space to store gear as I have quite a lot of my own tools/equipment. I love working on myself and going to the gym every night after work if I can make it if I don’t finish work too late. I’m a vegan but don’t preech veganism but love to have a chat about it only if your interested. I love to go camping when I can or go four wheel driving when I can. Don’t mind having a few bevies with friends from time to time but that’s usually only for a birthday or a special occasion. I love animals but have none of my own (at the moment)
Hello, My name is Andrew and am looking for a room in Adelaide's Southern suburbs. The reason I am moving is that my landlord is selling her house. Here is a little bit of information about myself: I am a 30 year old male who is originally from Canada and have lived in Australia for about 4 years total. I originally came to visit Australia 7 years ago and loved it so much that I told myself I would come back to live forever. I was finally able to secure my permanent visa so I could live my dream. I have a couple university degrees and am currently trying to get into medical school. I also currently work full time for the government. My job is pretty full on and I sometimes need to wake up at 5:30am, so need to be well rested. It is important that I am living in a place that is quiet, especially at night after 11pm. I am a quiet person but enjoy going out and having a good time once in a while. I enjoy hiking, fishing, gardening and just relaxing in the outdoors in general. I am also a very passionate cook and love making food for others. Over the past few years I have lived primarily with females. In my experience, they have generally been more respectful/clean/not excessive partiers. This is my preference, but am open to live with anyone as long as we are on the same page. I must mention that I always pay rent on time. Additionally, I have a home gym so having an outdoor covered area for this would be ideal. Finally, I am very neat and tidy, a clean home is a happy home! I look forward to taking a look at your place if we seem like we would be compatible flat mates. Please send me a message with a little about yourself/s and we will go from there. Oh and cannot live with cats (allergies) Thank you for the consideration! Regards, Andrew
Hi there! About me.... well..... I like to have my own space but socialise too. I love animals so if you have pets YAY. I can be bubbly, generous, clean, honest, willing to change. I can also be secluded, quiet. I have lazy days and I have super productive days but I will always tidy up after myself. I don't throw parties, and only drink socially or have a glass of wine or whisky every now and then. I am not sure on my moving date because I am unsure how all this works and I also need to declutter. Thanks for reading this!
Hi! I work as a receptionist Monday-Friday 9-5 in the Adelaide City. Honestly I am looking for a house full of really cool people that I can call my friends, somewhere I can come home from work to and have a great chat full of laughs and banter (and maybe a sneaky drink 😏) I am a very social person although I will always respect your space! Although I am a “young professional “ don’t be fooled, I will never pass up an opportunity to spread out on the couch and have a Netflix night (I have a Netflix AND Stan account so whos the real winner here) Soooo I’m a super fun person and probably exactly what your house is missing, so chuck me a message!!
Hi, I am looking for the place to rent for the next 3+ years. Hi there, My names Hannah, I'm a 23 y.o. looking for a house share whilst I undertake study. A little about me, I'm genuine, down to earth and a vegan. I love true crime, halloween, the beach and live music. I have just moved back from Perth to Adelaide and looking for long term accommodation, I am friendly and outgoing but also value time to myself and time with family. Before leaving for Perth I lived in a granny flat on my land lords property and I am happy to put him as a reference to my tenancy, prior to living with him, I lived with a couple that owned a house in Christies Beach, both the house share and the tenancy in the granny flat were great experiences and attained through this site, so I thought I'd try my luck and see whats out there currently. I love getting along with my housemates and don't mind a wine and documentary/movie night here and there. I have a desexxed male cat, Thor. He is an indoor/outdoor cat and completely house trained. He has lived with a small older dog and two other cats in the past, but he is very quiet and likes his own time, or likes another cat that is calm. In saying this he does love to play hide and seek chasey with cats and people. I'll leave it here for now, if you have any other questions let me know. :)
Hi there, I am ideally seeking a flatmate to team up and rent a 3-4 bed house in any of the areas below. I’m flexible and will also consider nearby areas too. Would prefer not too far from the beach. Rent negotiable. My share up to $200 per week. I am a easy going young at heart 53 yo. I have been living in Qld but am relocating back to Adelaide asap. I have moved out of my Qld property and my furniture is currently in storage in Adelaide. If you have furniture too, we could seek a home which meets both of our requirements. I’m clean, tidy and respectful and am seeking someone with similar values to share with. Ideally, you would be of similar age ie 40s or 50s. I am a light smoker and only ever smoke outdoors. I’m also in the process of trying to give up. My dog “ Bella” is a 4yo shih-tzu. She is house trained and does not shed hair. Both Bella and I come with excellent references. I love to cook and enjoy a glass of wine on occasions. I also like gardening and spending time on the beach. Feel free to contact me if this is an arrangement that you are looking for. Cheers Debbie-Lee
I am a 30yr old fulltime music producer who works majority from home as I part manage/co run both the UK based record label that I release on as well as all the online presence, tech support and social media for two separate online radio websites. This doesnt mean I have constant loud or even quiet music going as a lot of the time I use headphones PLUS I have always lived with others so I am very considerate and respectful of those around me and therefore the same in return I also do some casual door work in town at a few venues for events here as well as 1-2times a week assisting my best friend with his photography business. I have a 4yrold dog, He is an American Staffy cross Rhodesian Ridgeback but he is fully trained as ive had him since he was 6weeks, he doesnt destroy or rip up things, he only barks when he being protective or playfully saying hello He is great with cats, usually they get annoyed with him wanting to play n be silly with them lol If im not stuck behind the computer or out working then I am out taking my dog for a walk/run twice a day. He is a beautiful happy natured dog who will just want to be your new best friend lol Currently without a place/room of my own to stay so am in emergency/urgent and immediate need to find suited accommodation of up to $200pw (bills and internet included preferred but obviously not essential). Semi furnished would also be a handy but not crucial plus. Hoping to find somewhere that is as long term as possible, a place that is stable, safe and eventually be able to feel comfortable enough to call "home"
Im not an untidy loud obnoxious 20 something..im an adult that doesnt do parties likes to keep things tidy and im respectful of others. Im on a disability pension for internal issues. Nothing that will affect anyone else except its a guaranteed income and rent will be direct debited. I come across as dark and moody where in fact im just shy and like my alone time, (and my dragons and gargoyles statues) although i do enjoy the company of others. Im just not very good at it anymore. Lol! Yes my age is 50-ish. But my brain hasnt caut up to that fact yet. I like all genres of music.. except maybe rap..hip hop and Christian. I have 5 adult kids (hence the i like my alone time now lol) and 1 amazing grandbaby that loves to stay with nanna.
Hey! So I’m looking for accomodation for myself and my son, Isaac who is 4 years old. We are hoping for two bedrooms but at this stage one big bedroom will be good enough. I work 4 days a week, 8am until 3:30pm. Isaac is in childcare these days until 6. On the weekends he is at his dads house so you wont see a lot of him. We’re both fairly quiet in a household, we currently live with a big inside dog and 3 cats so happy living with animals! For fun I play video games, enjoy a glass of wine and read. If I’m stressed out I’ll cook a heap or go get myself a trendy new haircut from the hairdressers. We’re looking to move ASAP. Preferably somewhere for atleast 3 months. Thank you for visiting our listing and we hope you consider us!
Hi there, I just moved to Adelaide to study and working and looking for a furnished room to rent in a cozy place. I love to be close by the ocean and nature. I am really easy going person, clean and respect people space. Love good chats, funny people and cannot dispense a bit of wine or couple of beers too. Looking forward to live good and also make good friends.
I love my fitness and keep healthy 90% of the time. Not big on partying. Like things kept clean and tidy around the house. Easy going. Get along with most people. Love dogs, wouldn’t mind having one in the future. Studying nursing full time. Looking to start work as soon as possible until I progress on to uni at the start of next year.
I have lived in shared accommodation in the past and understand how they work and what is expected of me as a housemate. I have anxiety and tend to be quite shy until I get comfortable where I can become very talkative. I can cook, clean and manage my own space and tidy up after myself. I’m not a huge fan of conflict so I try to be as polite and respectful as possible. I also have a small 6 year old cat whom I would love to bring with me. Her personality is much the same as mine as she tends to take time to warm up to people but only takes a couple weeks to learn her place with other cats. If it’s an issue to have her with me, I have family willing to care for her. I’m currently doing an online course in Community Services but am hoping to take advantage of the study group that is running in Hindmarsh and for the first few weeks I’ll probably be out applying for jobs
Hello there, This is Galib & Tahan. Moving in to Adelaide on JULY 5th. We're coming to Adelaide to complete our masters of IT in Flinders University. I'll be studying & working part-time and she'll be working full-time. We're very easy going people. Don't have any habit of smoking or drinking. Don't have any pets as well. We're together for like 7 years and got married last May. We never interfere with anyone's personal space. We always try to keep the place neat and clean including the kitchen or common space cause we're kinda allergic to dirt, you can say, can't sleep in peace if the place is not cleaned up properly 😜 We believe we possess the very good practice of paying the bills and rents in time, you don't need to ask twice. I guess this clarification helps most to choose house share partners or tenants. We're available for team ups as well. About us: I'm Galib, 26 years old, currently working in an IT company. In my free time, I like to watch TV series, Movies and loves to play games on PS4. Also like to play cricket or football in the weekend. Trying to lose weight now, let's see how far I can go. My partner, Tahan, she's 25 and a half years old, she's also working in IT. Likes to watch movies, series in free time. But mostly she loves to cook different dishes. Actually she has a knack for cooking I believe. What ever she cooks, always have a great taste. She also loves to travel a lot. That's all about us. cheers!
I'm easy going down to earth, respectful, helpful, polite, good cook and can clean. Enjoy good conversations, music, can be witty and enjoy a warm red in winter. : )
