Hi! I’m Katia, originally from Canada, and have just relocated to Townsville to complete my regional work requirement for my Working Holiday visa. I’m looking for a place to stay for a minimum of 3 months, with the potential to extend if it’s a good fit.

I work part-time remotely, but will be actively seeking local full-time regional work. My lifestyle is clean, respectful, and easygoing. I value a calm, tidy home environment, don’t smoke or drink, and am considerate of the people I live with. I also have an excellent tenancy record: I rented from the same landlord in Canada for seven years and was described as one of his best tenants, plus multiple stays on the Gold Coast.

I’m ideally looking for a furnished place in Townsville City, North Ward, South Townsville, Castle Hill. Would love a chill, positive household with good communication and a calm atmosphere.
