Hi! We’re a young professional couple looking for a clean and comfortable studio unit or a granny flat to call home in Sunshine Coast around Maroochydore near Sunshine Plaza. We both work full-time, with one of us working as a chef and the other as a butcher. We both work 6 days a week and have stable income.

We’re quiet, respectful, clean, and responsible tenants. We don’t smoke, drink alcohol, or use drugs. We always keep our living space tidy, respect others’ privacy, and pay our rent on time.
