I'm a single and easy-going bloke, neat, clean, tidy and I enjoy cooking.
I've rented for years by myself and with flat mates, so I'm used to doing the chores and keeping the place clean, tidy and doing what needs to be done. (cleaning bathrooms, floors, dishes, mowing lawns etc).
I work fulltime as a landscaper and in my spare time I like to go to the gym, walking around beaches and other nice scenic places, I also enjoy watching sport, a casual beer and game of pool.
I'm looking for a room to rent or a house to share with other like-minded people.
