Ashlea and Grace

I'm clean, tidy and keep to myself. I always pay rent on time and am a joy to be around. I don't smoke or drink or party. I take pride in the home I live in. My 16-year-old daughter lives with me also and has been taught how to respect others and their space. She is in year 11 and has a job and a huge social life so she isn't home much. We have been without a place to call home since July 2025 and have been lucky enough to share a room at friend's places. Unfortunately, where we are staying now the lease isn't being resigned and we must be out in the first week of March. My daughter and I currently share a room, and we don't mind continuing to do so. A granny flat or self-contained space would be best, but we are fine with sharing a home with others also. Currently can afford $300-$350 per week and have a bond. We love Nature and the outdoors, reading and watching a good movie. We keep to ourselves mostly but do enjoy meeting new people. If anyone has any rentals suitable, I'd love to hear from you.
