Hi, I'm Julia. I'm working casually in the fitness industry and a full time student about to begin a Masters of Counselling in November, with plans to move into a full time counselling or community services role soon. I'm calm, easygoing, and generally tidy, though I'll admit I'm human, so the odd dish left on the sink overnight won't send me over the edge.

I have a daughter who stays with me every second weekend, and two adult sons that may visit on occasion. So, my place will be a genuinely family friendly household, just not a full time one. I'm out early most mornings to train and value coming home to a calm, peaceful space.

I'm looking to co tenant a 2 bedroom duplex in the Pimpama area with the right person, someone reliable, respectful, and easy to live alongside. I haven't secured a property yet. This is about finding the right match first, then finding a place that suits us both.
