Felipe Lineros and Allison

My name is Felipe and my partner Allison and I are very interested in renting your property. We believe it could be a perfect place for us to settle into, and I’d love the opportunity to introduce myself briefly.

I’m originally from Chile and currently work FIFO in the mining industry. I live a calm and quiet lifestyle when I’m not working, I really value having a peaceful, tidy home to rest and recharge. Allison and I have been living together for almost a year now, and we make a great team. She is organised, respectful, and very clean together, we take good care of our space and would treat your property as our own.

This would be my first lease in Australia, and I’m really hoping for the opportunity to start building a solid rental history here. We’re both responsible, employed, and looking for a stable and comfortable place to call home long-term.
