I’m looking for a bright room and a kitchen with plenty of natural light🌞

I’m on a Working Holiday visa and work full-time at a factory on weekdays.
On weekends, I use the kitchen for baking — Actually, I also work as a video creator. I create healthy recipe videos 🍰 — so I’m looking for a place that’s okay with that.

It would be great
▷if the room has a desk
▷if you allow my friend to visit (Once a week is fine. She's a very quiet person.)
