My name is Caitlin (30f) and I am looking for a house to move into (preferably long term) with a budget of around $200 per week. I work full-time in Golden Grove and am looking to move into a place that’s still close - Northern Suburbs ideally.

I’d prefer to live alone or with other females, but I know this is not always possible. I have no pets myself, just plants. I’m super independent, clean and hard-working, and I understand that respect for each others’ things, privacy and peace in a shared space is very important. I’ve lived in share houses for the last 10 years, and never missed a week’s rent. All I need is a safe space to exist and be left alone.

I enjoy gaming, art (of all kinds), guitar, gardening and nature walks, and am generally most comfortable on my own but also down for a chat every now and then.
