I am seeking an unfurnished granny flat or 1 or 2 bedroom home. As I work from home it must have FTTP - fibre to the premises internet as this is the only internet that supports my work.
A little about me: I am single, non smoker, no pets, permanent full time worker who has been with the same company for 5 years.
When I am not working I practise singing barbershop and belong to a mixed chorus. I also enjoy learning to play the guitar in my downtime, this is not amplified music as I use my headphones and is not an acoustic guitar.
I would like to move from my current living situation before the 7th February, 2026. I can provide references and rental ledgers. I have always paid my rent on time and have always received a full bond refund.
