I am seeking a granny flat or private space in a home for a cheaper rate as I work from home. The computer applications I use for work require fibre to the home - NBN or Telstra connection in the wall - as satellite does not work.
A little about me: I am single, non smoker, permanent full time worker who enjoys singing and learning guitar in my downtime. I have no dependents.
I prefer a leafy outlook and bird life.
