​​Hi, I'm Ben, a 50 year old, yard service business owner/operator. I'm a committed family man, but my family is in Uganda. I'm a non-drinker and non-smoker.

I'm a respectful and considerate housemate who understands personal space and privacy. I live an active lifestyle but always up for a friendly chat when we cross paths.

I'm looking for a furnished or unfurnished room in a mature or retired household or sharehouse to share with other non-drinkers where we can all feel comfortable and independent.

In my downtime, I like watching the NRL and occasionally playing computer games to chill out. I get to the gym 3-4 times a week.
