I’m moving to Townsville on March 14 and currently looking for a place to stay from March 21.

I’ve already secured a job at a hotel in Townsvill city so it would be ideal if the place is within walking distance.

About me:
I’m from Japan and currently on a working holiday visa. I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. My lifestyle is usually early mornings and quiet evenings because of work.

Looking for:
• Area: North Ward, Townsville city, South Townsville
• Rent: Up to $280 per week (all bills included)
(I’m happy to consider slightly higher if it’s a good fit.)
• Room: Own room
• Preference: Female-only share house

I already have accommodation booked for the first week, so I’m hoping to move in from March 21.
