Hello everyone I’m looking for a room to rent in Ballarat central or within a 20 - 30 minute walk into town. My budget is $200-$250 a week and I’d be looking to move in at the end of October start of November.
I’d consider myself a very neat and tidy person that enjoys spending time with others but also values alone time. I enjoy gardening, cooking and arts and crafts. I enjoy living in cozy and calm places that are inviting, I’m looking for the perfect place to call home. I don’t smoke and I only drink on the rare occasion. I’ll be working part time to full time hours in the hospitality industry.
