Hi, my name is Alyssa ☺️

I’m 19 and currently working as a Lead Educator in Early Childhood Education and Care while continuing my studies. I hold a current Blue Card and am very focused on building my career and creating a stable future for myself. 👩🏼‍🏫

I previously completed a residential lease in Burdell in 2025, where the rent was $540 per week. Since then, I have been living in a privately rented property. I have always been reliable with my rent payments and can provide a tenancy ledger and rental references if required.

I take a lot of pride in where I live and always keep my home clean, tidy and well looked after. I also have references who can happily vouch for the way I care for a property. 🫧🧺

I would be moving with my fur baby, Lukey, a friendly 4-year-old German Shepherd x Rottweiler. 🐾 He is well cared for, has a tailored diet and receives plenty of exercise. He is accustomed to spending his days outdoors and is an important part of my little household.

Outside of work and study, I live a pretty quiet lifestyle. I’m not a party person and spend most of my time at home, studying, working or enjoying a quiet dinner out. I occasionally travel out of town to visit family, but otherwise I’m very home-focused.

I’m looking for somewhere I can genuinely call home long-term and feel settled while I continue progressing in my career and studies. 🏡

I believe I would make a respectful and reliable tenant, and I would take great care of the property and treat it as though it were my own. 🌸
