Hi, my name’s Alyssa ☺️
I’m 18 and currently working while also studying full-time as an Assistant Educator in Early Childhood Education and Care. I hold a current Blue Card and am very focused on building my career! 👩🏼‍🏫
I’ve recently completed a lease in Burdell where I was paying $540 per week. I’ve always been reliable with rent payments and can provide a tenancy ledger or references if required.

I take great pride in keeping a clean, tidy home and have people who can happily vouch for that. 🫧🧺

I live with my fur baby, Lukey - a friendly 3-year-old German Shepherd X Rottweiler. He’s well cared for with a tailored diet, plenty of exercise, and is an outdoor dog during the day. 🐾

Outside of work and study, I’m pretty quiet and home-focused. I’m not a party person - I’d much rather enjoy a nice dinner at the pub than a night out at clubs. Occasionally, I’ll head out of town to visit family, but otherwise I spend most of my time at home or working towards my career goals. 📖

I’m really looking for a place I can call home long-term, where I can feel settled while continuing to grow in my work and study 🏡

I believe I’d make a respectful, reliable tenant and would look after the property as if it were my own. 🌸
