Long time sharehouser, full time work from home guy, looking for a peaceful private place to build my new life I'm SA.
Am looking for a 1 or 2 bed place or granny flat/studio. Am open as to where that could be, the property is more important than where it's located to me.
Into gym and Sup boarding, hiking, camping etc, all the cliche stuff lol
Have good references and can pay several months upfront.
Also, Would like to find a good housemate to pair up with and get a bigger 4+ bed place with plenty of room for two adults to run their lives and not be in each other's pocket.
