Hi! My name's Kieran, a 30 year old Environmental scientist and rope access technician working in the eastern suburbs and across South Australia as an environmental educator. I am looking for a 12 month lease with a single person, or a couple. I am happy to live with either males or females. I am generally a clean living person who doesn't mind a chat with housemates and a general cook up from time to time! I am very laid back and tend to spend a lot of time out. I am rather sociable, however love my own space and privacy as well when I'm at home, and don't have a problem with others having friends over often in the right circumstances. I would be interested in finding a place with a shed for exercise training as I have a climbing training wall which you are welcome to use whenever you like, however I'm also flexible in that request as Im not set on keeping it if the right place comes up.

I have a keen interest in the outdoors, taking hikes, running, and spend a lot of time rock climbing and hiking on trips, meaning you'll have the house to yourself whenever I can get away! I really love listening to music, have a small but growing vinyl collection and occasionally play games (video, and can be arm twisted into a board game or 4)

I do like the idea of getting to know new people and will consider living with anybody who shares the same interests and values as me.

I work almost full time (+ some weekends), and have never missed paying a bill. I don't have pets, or children, however am fine with a non shedding and/or outside dog if it's the right fit for me.

I would be described by others as kind, patient, and always open to good communication to make a share house work.

I'd be more keen to live with someone who is keen to split a 12 month lease, or someone who is up to the task of finding a new housemate to take their lease over.
