I’m looking for a room or roommate situation not too far from the city starting next weekend but flexible. A bit about me: I’m 40, work in sales and I’m respectful, clean, and easygoing. I value a peaceful, tidy home where everyone feels comfortable.

Outside of work, I enjoy [a few hobbies/interests, e.g., hedging for dinner and drinks with friends, watching movies and travel. I’m social but also respect personal space, and I always clean up after myself.
