22, looking for a place to live, preferably with a bit of a backyard,
I work full time, 50-60 hour weeks
Im usually pretty busy working but would be good to have people who have similar interests or all work full time living with me, tradies etc

Preferably close to the m1

I have no pets
Non smoker
I dont drink often but sometimes i will
Own bathroom would be an advantage and something if be prepared to pay a bit more for but its not the be all end all

Just looking for a place i can work and live out of really, and to have flatmates i can get along with

Ill leave the house before 5am and wont be back until 6-7 most days so youll have to be used to that

A/c in the room would be a bonus and something id be willing to pay extra for
