Hi all, I’ve been living on my own for the past 15yrs in a large unit, and unfortunately my homes now getting renovated and new rent is far beyond reasonable to pay as a single person.
My lease is ending soon, But due to excellent references from my landlord and the amount of belongings I have, I’m allowed to break lease.
So I’m already packed and ready to move ASAP as soon as I find the right house and housemate.

I am looking to share a 3/4Br house with someone, within the north to east side of the city between $500-$600pw. And I will be paying extra for 2 bedrooms. Leaving 1 or 2 bedrooms for yourself.

I work full time as a Smallgoods maker and have been at the same establishment for the past 17yrs.
I’m a very positive person and extremely easy to live with, very clean and tidy, and very quiet and respectful, and also rarely home due to long work hrs.
And hoping to meet someone with a similar mindset.

I have 2 cars, one requires a lockup garage, But happy to share the storage space.

My main hobby is my bromeliad collection (plants all in pots) which requires space to erect my shade house. And is where I spend a lot of my time.
I have a 14yr son stay 4 nights a month, who’s extremely quiet and very respectful and a complete blessing to talk with.
I do smoke, but only outside.

I have everything needed to completely furnish a house including a very large home theatre with electric recliners ect.
