I've lived in many share houses with a variety of people, so I've seen the good and the ugly, and am thus highly tolerant, respectful of others' and my own boundaries.

I don't drink alcohol ever, nor smoke, nor use cannabis or any other recreational drugs.

I clean up after myself and abide by house rules as a guest in someone's house should, just out of basic morals. That being said I have basic traditional old fashioned morals, although am tolerant of anyone as long as they treat me with respect.

I'm sociable, down to earth, friendly, understanding, empathetic, optimistic, enjoy my space and solitude outside of work but also always happy to have conversation that's more than small talk.

Hobbies are generally outdoorsy. Hiking camping gym beach , also reading.

I'm ideally looking for my own small dwelling or to live with as few as people as possible as I like a quiet house, and down time after work.

I work in Mawson Lakes as a duty manager, so somewhere within half an hour drive.

I have references and am fine with cats and dogs also, as long as the dogs don't bark incessantly as I work late sometimes and thus need to sleep in.
