😊 Hi, I’m Yinan, a student in uni, 24years. I’m looking for a studio or 1-bedroom for single occupancy,/ apartment/house. Moving in early January 2026. Budget $250-300, 6months lease. Wodonga/Albury are both fine.

Ideal location: close to a supermarket/market (e.g., Coles/Woolworths/Aldi) or within ≤10–15 minutes walk/bike to a bus stop with services to the main shopping area. Because i don’t have a car.

About me: quiet, tidy, non-smoker, no parties. I can provide ID, bank statements/proof of funds, and a reference from my current uni accommodation.
