✨ Just putting some feelers out there ✨

I’ll need to move out by mid-November as the house I’ve been in for just over 3 years has sold 🏡. I’m currently applying for places on my own but also open to a share arrangement happy to move into a room that’s already available 🛏️.

A bit about me:
• 👋 Almost 30 years old
• 👩‍⚕️ Work in aged care and disability support (mostly night shifts 🌙 so I sleep during the day 😴)
• 🐶 Two small indoor chihuahuas
• 🚬 Smoke cigarettes (outside only, so would need a space for this)
• 🍷 Rarely drink, usually relax with my dogs on days off
• 🛁 Prefer ensuite/own bathroom (bonus if there’s a spare room for family visits 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦)
• 🏳️‍🌈 Looking for an LGBTQ+ friendly space
• 🧹 Like to keep things tidy, including my own room
• 🪑 Have a 4-bedroom house full of modern, neutral furniture — happy for it to be used or stored if not needed
• 💵 Happy to pay extra rent if you’d be open to minding my dogs when I go away (if it works for both of us)
• 🤝 Open to a short-term trial to make sure we’re the right fit
