β¨ Just putting some feelers out there β¨
Iβll need to move out by mid-November as the house Iβve been in for just over 3 years has sold π‘. Iβm currently applying for places on my own but also open to a share arrangement happy to move into a room thatβs already available ποΈ.
A bit about me:
β’ π Almost 30 years old
β’ π©ββοΈ Work in aged care and disability support (mostly night shifts π so I sleep during the day π΄)
β’ πΆ Two small indoor chihuahuas
β’ π¬ Smoke cigarettes (outside only, so would need a space for this)
β’ π· Rarely drink, usually relax with my dogs on days off
β’ π Prefer ensuite/own bathroom (bonus if thereβs a spare room for family visits π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦)
β’ π³οΈβπ Looking for an LGBTQ+ friendly space
β’ π§Ή Like to keep things tidy, including my own room
β’ πͺ Have a 4-bedroom house full of modern, neutral furniture β happy for it to be used or stored if not needed
β’ π΅ Happy to pay extra rent if youβd be open to minding my dogs when I go away (if it works for both of us)
β’ π€ Open to a short-term trial to make sure weβre the right fit
β’ πΌοΈ Iβve included pictures of my current house so you can get a feel for my setup and style
