Vanessa and Oliver

Looking for a place with two rooms available, as both my son and I live together. I work full-time, my son works part-time and studies. He is very quiet, polite, good sense of humour but generally prefers his own company. I am also fairly quiet when at home, but much more sociable than my son- I just spend all day at work talking, so some days I may not be up for a big chat, lol. Whilst I am a smoker, I am not a heavy smoker and never smoke indoors. We are both very easygoing, considerate of others, not into drama, approachable and don't poke our noses into others business. We would prefer a place for at least twelve months, but would consider shorter, if location was suitable.
