I'm a 50-year-old, recently separated professional person, who works full time and prefers living in a studio or granny flat or master room, with my own bathroom. I travel atleast once a month for work.

My office is based in Belmont and most of my social circle around Riverton/Shelley.

I enjoy cooking and will clean after myself (not a great cook but learning), Non smoker. Will have a casual drink, but usually at a pub and not at home.

Work 5-6 days a week so I enjoy my quiet times at home. Flexible with the duration of the living arrangements...could extend indefinitely if it works for us both.

My home is always clean and i'm respectful.

I own property myself but it seems a waste to run a whole house...when I only need a room.
