We are a clean and tidy Asian couple with no kids or pets. We don’t smoke and don’t host parties. My wife recently graduated in Social Work from SCU and previously worked at Toowoomba Hospital. We are now planning to move back to the Tweed–Kingscliff area, where we will both be looking for full-time jobs.

We plan to stay for at least three months and would be happy to extend the lease if everything goes well. We can also provide previous rental references to show that we are reliable tenants who always pay rent on time.
