My partner and I are currently looking for a short-term stay (studio or room) for 2 weeks starting from May 20.

We are ideally looking around North Ward or Townsville City as I’m currently working in the area.

We’re both clean, respectful and easygoing. We’re working, so we have a stable routine and we’re quiet (not into parties).
We always keep the place tidy and take good care of where we live.

Our budget is around $350/week (slightly flexible depending on the place).

We’re available to move in from May 20 and can be flexible if needed.
