I have recently relocated to Australia from Italy and am currently working as a bartender. I hold a Working Holiday visa, which allows me to work legally and ensures I can meet all rental and living expenses without issue.
In addition to my current employment, I also have a regular source of income from my property located in Florence, Italy, which I rent out via Airbnb. The apartment generates approximately €150 per day (around AUD 260), providing me with additional financial security.
I don’t smoke, and am also a quiet, tidy and responsible person who always takes great care of the places I live in. I understand very well what it means to entrust your home to a tenant, and for this reason, I would treat your property with the utmost respect — keeping it clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition at all times.
