• Budget: up to $250 per week (including bills)
• Move-in date: 14th March
• Preferred areas: West End, Hyde Park, Hermit Park, or Pimlico (my workplace is near Castletown Shopping Centre)
• No car, so somewhere convenient for public transport would be great

I’m looking for a furnished room with basic essentials.
I’m a non-smoker, very tidy, respectful, and easygoing. I’ve lived in share houses before and always kept a clean and friendly environment.

I’m moving for regional work for my second-year visa and may stay long term depending on work.
