Always down for a chat, drink or even dinner some night but very respectful of others space. I only ever rarely have probably two people visit me, my best mate and my partner so I would be a loud tenant and I have two jobs so paying bills will never be an issue.

I love doing household chores, gardening work too if required so will be on board chipping in with that

About Toby - he doesn’t scratch on things other than his scratch pole nor does he pee on things, I’m very on top of his litter all the time and he’s and old diabetic guy so he spend most of his time sleeping anyways and he gets along with other people and animals.
