I am a 30-year-old female who has worked as a telecommunications engineer at a major telecommunications company for 7 years. I’m going to complete a 2-year Master of IT degree at La Trobe University Bendigo Campus, and I’m looking for accommodation around $250 per week within easy reach of the campus.

My living habits
I am neat and tidy, and I always keep shared areas well-organized and properly maintained.
I prefer a quiet lifestyle and will keep noise to a minimum at all times.
I am easy-going and friendly, and I love animals very much. I have an 8-year-old ginger cat whom I have raised since she was a kitten. She will stay with my parents during my studies, so I will not bring any pets. I am glad to help take care of household pets and get along well with people.
I stick to a regular daily routine. I am a non-smoker and do not drink.

I am a food lover and skilled at cooking Chinese food. I'd love to share home-cooked meals with flatmates to build a warm and comfortable living atmosphere.

Financially, I have solid savings accumulated after years of full-time work following my undergraduate studies. I also plan to take up a part-time job while studying in Bendigo. Therefore, I can always pay rent on time.
