Hi,
I am currently in a short term stay in a studio and am looking to find a longterm place to settle in.
I am quiet, clean. Don't party/drink/smoke.
Looking for a calm, quiet, friendly, harmonious space. Open and honest communication. Somewhere to enjoy fresh air, nature and my own space to recharge while enjoying the occasional chat/movie/game night. I enjoy art, music and being creative. I live a healthy low tox lifestyle and looking for people that live the same. Bonus if we can have a collaborative space (I have some plants and a small electric piano).
Unfurnished or partially furnished suits me best as I have most of my own stuff.

Looking for the right longterm fit in a studio/granny flat (can go up to $400/possibly $450 or around $350 my own room with my own bathroom/ensuite. Level access or downstairs rooms only. Space to be creative would be a welcome bonus. Females or the right couple/mixed in a share situation.
Can provide good rental references.
And looking for some form or lease/rooming agreement/approved occupancy etc for security.

The areas I am most interested in are Landsborough, Mooloolah Valley, Beerwah, Glenview, Bald Knob, Diamond Valley, Ilkley and Eudlo.
