I’m a student studying and working part-time. I’m very clean, tidy, and respectful of housemates.

I’m a friendly, easy-going person who enjoys sports, reading, and being close to nature.

I don’t smoke, don’t party, and don’t have pets.

I’m available to move in from November 1st, with a budget of $250 per week including bills, looking for long-term rent.
