Hi, My name is Jean, and I’m in my late 20s currently on a working holiday visa. I’m looking for a comfortable place to stay for around 5 months.

I don’t have a car, so I’m ideally looking for a place within about a 30 minute walk to the city.

I have a very regular daily routine. I usually go to bed before 11pm and wake up around 7am, so I tend to keep a quiet and respectful lifestyle.

I’m a tidy and responsible person who really values a clean and peaceful living environment. I’m also easygoing and positive, and I always respect others’ space and boundaries. I make sure to keep shared areas clean and well organized.

I’m currently studying as well, so having a desk in my room (or enough space to set one up) would be very important for me.
