Hi! My name is Jean, and I work full-time in hospitality. I’m looking for a place within a 10-minute walk to a tram station.

I have a very regular daily routine. I usually go to bed before 11pm and wake up around 7am.

I’m a tidy and responsible person who values a clean and peaceful living space. I’m also positive and easygoing, and I always respect others’ boundaries and personal space. I make sure to keep shared areas neat and organized at all times.

In addition, I’m studying, so having a desk in my room is essential for me, or at least enough space to set one up comfortably.
