Hey, I’m James. I’ll be moving to Kew in January as I’m joining Carey Baptist Grammar for the start of the year. I’ll be in Melbourne for around two months before I relocate to Townsville for a school outdoor education program, so I’m looking for a welcoming and relaxed place to call home in the meantime.

I work in outdoor education, so I’m often out during the day and I love staying active — running, swimming, gym, and spending time outdoors on weekends. I’m tidy, considerate, and easy-going. I value a home that feels comfortable, respectful, and friendly, where everyone has space to do their own thing but is happy to share the occasional chat, coffee, or meal.

I love pets — happy to help with walks, feeds, or pats — just don’t have one of my own right now.
