Hey, I’m James. I’ll be heading back to the sunny coast in October, I have a full time role with a school based in Melbourne. However, I am fortunate enough to have about 4 months off before I relocate to Townsville first week of March. So I’m looking for a welcoming and relaxed place to call home in the meantime.

I work in outdoor education, so I’m often out during the day and I love staying active — running, swimming, gym, and spending time outdoors on weekends. I’m tidy, considerate, and easy-going. I value a home that feels comfortable, respectful, and friendly, where everyone has space to do their own thing but is happy to share the occasional chat, coffee, or meal.

I’ve grown up on the Sunshine Coast since i was 12, I will be volunteering with @suncoastspinners most days and nights.

I love pets, grown up with GSD’s happy to help with walks, feeds, or pats.
