I am looking for a long-term safe, peaceful living space in the Sunshine Coast for myself, and my 2-year-old son (part-time).
I’d like to share with one person who also values low-tox living, clear communication, and loves kids. Also open to a granny flat type dwelling.
Must have our own private bathroom. I’d love to stay near Mooloolah, or anywhere close to the beach. I envision a space to grow a garden, and a patio/deck to roam and play.
Budget is maximum $400 per week including bills.

About me: I am a musician and vocal coach and I love to inspire, uplift and empower others through song and sound. I work in retail, and play music for a living. I am a respectful, considerate person. We mostly keep to ourselves, but love a good deep chat too. Very handy around the home and garden. I keep my spaces clean and tidy, and take a great deal of care of my home. I love gardening (and am very passionate about herbs and herbal medicine), singing, dancing, yoga, meditation, cooking and picnics and adventures with my son.
He is an absolute joy, and very social.
