Hi! I’m a 23 year old teacher working full-time. I don’t have any children or pets and am looking to move out due to a change in circumstances. I’m hoping to find someone to rent a house with in the north eastern suburbs.

I’m neat, tidy, and enjoy a clean, comfortable home. I’m quite social and love a good chat or shared dinner, but I also appreciate some quiet downtime during the week to recharge after work. I have a partner who might come over once or twice a week, but he won’t be living in the house.

I’d prefer to live in an all-female household with someone who’s easygoing, respectful, and values a calm, friendly environment.
