We’re a clean, quiet, and respectful couple on a Working Holiday visa looking for a furnished room or place around the Chinatown area.
We’re easygoing, get along well with others, and always respect personal space and privacy. We both enjoy working out, so we’re often out at the gym and living an active, healthy lifestyle.
If we’re happy after the inspection, we can move in within two weeks, and we’re looking to stay for at least 6 months.
Our budget is up to $370 per week including bills.
As we don’t have furniture, a furnished place would be ideal.
We’re reliable, tidy, and looking for a stable, long-term place.
