I’m tidy, organised and always clean up after myself. I respect shared spaces, pay rent and bills on time, and communicate openly if anything comes up. I’m considerate of others’ schedules and mindful of noise, especially on weeknights.

Lifestyle-wise, I enjoy a balanced routine, work, health, and downtime. I’m social and happy to have a chat or occasional house dinner, but I also respect personal space and independence massively. I’m not a party person and prefer a relaxed, drama-free home.
