Very neat, clean, tidy and willing to help assist with cleaning duties/tasks as well as any light yard work around the home. I can afford to pay my rent and have a great history of always paying on time. I have been room renting in two private residential homes since moving to Adelaide in February this year and can supply references. I don’t own a car or any pets and have no children so am a fairly quiet person to live with. Enjoy gardening and visual arts and always help with the house work ✌️🐝
