I’ve recently (this week) relocated to Melbourne from the Sunshine Coast, QLD. I am a mature, respectful & tidy tenant who takes pride in maintaining a clean home & always paying rent on time. I have strong rental history & value open communication & mutual respect in a household. I also have a car, so would appreciate a carpark or a organised permit to park on a street.
