A. Spencer Davis

Hi there, my name is A. Spencer Davis (Spence). I’m relocating to Perth from the U.S., arriving on June 20th, and will be settling in as I step into full-time work in residential therapeutic youth care.
For the first few days (June 20–24), I’ll be attending interviews and getting established, and I’m looking for a comfortable, respectful place to call home from around June 24 onward.

Ideally, I’m seeking something for approximately six weeks while I get fully settled and secure a longer-term place of my own.

I’ll be working with Safe Places for Children, supporting young people and children in a residential, trauma-informed environment. It’s work I genuinely care about, and I approach it with patience, consistency, resilience and a steady presence. I’ll also be completing a few weeks of onboarding/training before moving into full-time shifts. The shifts will be 5x a fortnight with 9 days off a fortnight.

Personally, I’m quiet, clean, and easy to live with. I keep a steady routine, value a peaceful home environment, and am very mindful of shared spaces. I don’t party, and I naturally respect others’ space and rhythms.

My Christian faith is an important part of my life—it shapes how I treat people with kindness, respect, and without judgment. I aim to bring a calm, grounded, and positive presence into the home.

A bit about lifestyle: I enjoy keeping active, getting outdoors, and keeping things simple. I’m reliable with rent, organized, and focused on settling well in Perth.
