🏡 Looking for a room to rent – Gold Coast

Hey everyone! I’m currently looking for a room to rent around Miami / Burleigh / Mermaid Beach / Nobby Beach, ideally walking distance to the beach/Esplanade 🌊🙏

I’m 24, originally from the Cayman Islands, and ideally looking for a place with just 1-2 other females around a similar age. I’d love to find someone who’s friendly and social but also enjoys having their own space and a clean, relaxed home.

A little about me — I’m really into fitness and work two casual retail jobs, so I’m usually out and about when I can be! I love going to the beach, walks, coffee/food with friends, and keeping active. I have a car too, so I love doing little trips down to Byron, the hinterland and exploring new places 🚗☀️

I also love cooking and am definitely a clean, tidy and minimal person. I’d love to find a home that feels comfortable and homely, with a roommate who I can get along with and do things with, rather than just being strangers sharing a house 🫶🏼

💰 Budget: ideally around $350/week, but can go up to $400/week for the right place
