Relocating from interstate to Adelaide in January 2026 for a full-time job in the northern suburbs. Looking for a room to rent in a like-minded mature female's quiet home (I'm 50, next-level introvert who values peace, quiet and downtime).​

Love reading books, drinking tea, pottering in the garden and cooking. Weekends: hiking, biking, swimming, exploring outdoors or Adelaide's local spots. No partying, smoking or drugs – seeking a relaxed, low-key household.​

Need own bedroom with bathroom/ensuite. Working full-time (no WFH), so minimal overlap. Reliable income with work/previous rental references; own my home now and can provide mortgage statements showing consistent payments. Minimalist, clean/tidy, pay rent on time, happy to share chores. Keep to myself but up for a chat or cuppa.​
